Are you passionate about the world of home care profile selection and looking for an opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic environment with social impact? At Cuideo, we are looking for a recruitment intern. This is an ideal opportunity to develop experience in the field of mass recruitment, talent management, and process digitalization.
Below we explain a little more about the internship:
Draft and publish job advertisements for the selection of caregivers, following internal procedures to ensure that job requirements and company culture are met.
Perform pre-selection of received profiles, reviewing that candidates meet the basic requirements for the position, according to the instructions provided by the service advisor.
Check candidates' professional references following established protocols to ensure that suitability and cultural fit requirements are met.
Perform administrative tasks related to the selection process, such as updating the candidate database and recording the corresponding information.
Maintain contact with candidates during the selection process, providing them with information about their status and ensuring they feel valued, even if they are not selected for the position.
Candidate retention through offboarding: making a call once the service ends, and proposing new services according to their needs and capabilities.
