Final-year student of a Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or similar degrees.
Interest in project management, working in a dynamic and people-oriented environment.
Analytical, organizational, and management capacity
Proficiency in Excel, especially for data analysis and organization.
Good communication and teamwork skills
High level of English.

Within the ACCIONA Internship Program you will be part of a team that will involve you in projects from day one, you will be accompanied by experts who will help you develop your skills and participate in the day to day of a global company.

At ACCIONA, we are looking for a final-year student with initiative, dynamism, and analytical capacity to support the corporate team in projects within the Human Resources area.

What you'll do

Collaboration on cross-functional Human Resources transformation projects in an international environment.
Data analysis and preparation of presentations to support decision-making and project monitoring.
Support in researching market trends and best practices regarding talent, development, and organization.
Participation with the team in the management and development of ACCIONA's global Young Talent Programs.
Collaboration in initiatives relating to universities and schools, including job fairs, university forums, and talks to students.

How you'll work

Possibility of signing an Internship Agreement with the university, while completing the final year of a degree.
Availability to undertake a 6-month full-time internship
Immediate start or starting from January.
