The role

What you'll do

Staff management: selection, training, performance evaluation, and supervision of the sales team and other store employees.

Inventory management: stock control, order placement, receipt and classification of goods, and restocking in the store.

Customer service: ensuring high-quality service, resolving customer problems, and promoting satisfaction.

Store supervision: ensuring the correct presentation of products in the store, cleanliness and order, and the correct implementation of the merchandising strategy.

Goal tracking: analysis of the store's performance indicators and adjustment of strategies to achieve sales goals and other company objectives.
