What you'll do

- Incident management using a ticketing tool.
- Installation and configuration of PCs, laptops, printers and mobile
devices. - User account management (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID).
- Support for corporate applications and production systems.
- Basic user training.
Networks and communications (10-20%)
- Monitoring of Aruba switches.
- Basic management of VLANs and ports.
- Support for Aruba WiFi access points.
- Supervision of Fortinet firewalls.
- Escalation of complex incidents to the corporate team or supplier.
- Management of network equipment inventory.
Infrastructure (10-20%)
- Supervision of local servers.
- Backup management.
- Control of technical rooms and cabling.
- Coordination with integrators and suppliers during the commissioning of
the plant.
