What we're looking for
We are looking for people eager to learn, with curiosity and motivation to start their professional career.
To participate, you will need:
- To be currently studying for a Degree, Master's, Postgraduate, Intermediate Vocational Training, or Higher Vocational Training.
- To meet the specific academic requirements associated with the position you apply for.
- To meet the legal requirements necessary to reside in Spain and carry out the internship.
- To be able to formalize the corresponding internship agreement with your university, institution, or training center.
- To have availability to carry out the internship for 6 months, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00.
- To provide the necessary documentation to formalize your participation in the Program.
Additionally, during the process, we will take into account your academic career, technical and personal competencies, relevant experiences and activities, motivation, suitability for the positions and, especially, your development potential.

- Schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 14:00.
- €800 gross per month during the internship period, subject to legally applicable withholdings and obligations.

The process will take place during October and November 2026 and will include:
- Initial review and screening of applications.
- Telephone interviews, video calls, and in-person interviews during October and November.
- Talent Day on November 18, 2026, in Barcelona at our Headquarters (Torre Allianz), for finalists, including a Business Case and an interview with the hiring managers.
- Communication of the final decision starting from November 23 and, for selected candidates, management of the necessary documentation for onboarding. Do you not meet all the requirements?
