In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the growth of our technical teams, working side by side with our Talent Acquisition Partner and Hiring Managers. You’ll support the full recruitment journey and help us connect with top tech talent across software development, data engineering, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and technical support.

This is what you get up for in the morning:

Collaborating closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and translate them into strong candidate pipelines.
Sourcing tech talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels, enjoying the search for the right profiles.
Screening CVs and online profiles, looking beyond keywords to identify potential.
Building and maintaining talent pools for future hiring needs.
Supporting the recruitment process end to end: scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and keeping candidate data accurate.
Being a first point of contact for candidates and contributing to a positive and people-centered candidate experience.
Supporting social recruiting and employer branding activities.
Helping organize and taking part in meetups and tech community events.
