What we're looking for

You are the person we are looking for if: You have 6 to 10 years of general experience in Human Resources, ideally with 3 to 5 years linked to HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Training, or Development. You have supported managers and participated directly in talent development processes, performance evaluation, and career plans. You have a university degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related disciplines. You have knowledge of talent management processes; we will value experience in HRIS, LMS, and People Analytics tools, as well as a B2 or higher level of English. You stand out for your communication, ability to influence, autonomy, business vision, and analytical thinking. You value a role close to the business, which combines interaction with managers with the practical implementation of people development initiatives.

What you'll do

You will be the point of reference for a business line regarding training and development, acting as a partner to managers and teams to identify needs, drive talent initiatives, and ensure the correct implementation of professional development plans. Act as HR Business Partner for a business line, advising managers on the management and development of their teams. Identify talent, training, and development needs and propose solutions aligned with the business. Coordinate performance evaluation processes and the monitoring of action plans. Design, implement, and monitor development, career, and succession plans. Participate in the identification of talent and potential and in internal mobility initiatives. Detect training needs and coordinate learning actions with providers and internal specialists. Collaborate on organizational development, change, and employee experience projects. Analyze talent and performance indicators, prepare reports, and propose improvements based on data.
