What you'll do

As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will contribute to strengthening the internal control environment and the organization's risk management, participating in local and international audits and collaborating closely with different business areas.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in and lead audit projects according to the established methodology and within the defined deadlines, both at a local level and in Group initiatives.
  • Review company processes and activities to evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of internal control systems, as well as compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Keep the audit platform up to date and ensure rigorous, high-quality documentation of the work performed.
  • Collaborate actively with the audited areas to understand the risks associated with their processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and present conclusions and recommendations.
  • Participate in risk assessment processes, supporting management in the planning and prioritization of actions.
  • Execute the follow-up of recommendations, verifying their correct implementation and facilitating the closure of actions within the established deadlines.
  • Prepare clear and structured audit reports, including executive summaries and recommendations oriented toward business improvement.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of the Internal Audit function by proposing best practices, innovative methodologies, and the exchange of knowledge within the team.
  • Guarantee compliance with audit policies and legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
  • Use data analysis tools and Data Analytics techniques to increase the efficiency and quality of audit work.
