Internal Auditor

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in auditing, internal audit, or financial controlling.

- High level of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

- Ability to analyze processes, identify risks, and propose improvement actions oriented towards efficiency and the strengthening of internal control.

- Analytical profile, with an orientation toward detail and a global vision of the business.

- Communication and interpersonal skills with different areas and levels of the organization.

- Availability to travel to the various companies of the Group.

- Postgraduate education in Auditing, Finance, Management Control, or Risk Management.

- Professional certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA, or similar.

- Experience in SAP

- Knowledge of Data Analytics tools is valued.

Your purpose in this role will be to provide an independent and objective vision that contributes to protecting the Group's value, strengthening internal control systems, and driving continuous process improvement. You will be part of a team that acts as a strategic business partner, collaborating with the various Group companies to identify risks, detect opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions that generate a real impact on the organization. You will participate in improvement, investment, and research projects, contributing to more efficient, solid, and sustainable management.

- Participate in internal audits of the various companies and processes of the Group, evaluating the effectiveness of controls and compliance with established policies and procedures.

- Analyze business processes to identify risks, control deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement that contribute to reinforcing management and internal control.

- Collaborate in the preparation of audit reports, documenting findings, conclusions, and improvement recommendations.

- Follow up on action plans agreed upon with the various areas, verifying the correct implementation of the proposed measures.

- Participate in improvement, investment, and research projects, providing an analytical and independent vision that generates value for the business.

- Collaborate closely with the Senior Auditor and the Internal Audit Manager in the planning and execution of audit work.

- Maintain fluid communication with the different areas and companies of the Group to understand their processes, identify risks, and promote good management practices. Travel to the various centers and companies of the Group to perform on-site audits and reviews.
