Job Title: Industrialization Engineer / Fleet Maintenance Engineer

Ensure that industrial master data is correctly implemented in the various systems (ERP, SES).

Support the implementation of new systems and their updates.

Carry out service engineering activities within a project.

Ensure the correct functioning of internal systems and their correct integration with external ones.

As a systems engineer:

• Act as a key user for industrial information system tools: (Delmia, SAP). Participate in the key user network. Actively participate in the monthly key user community meetings. Train users when necessary.
• Collaborate in the management of user accounts across various systems (Delmia, SAP).
• Collaborate in the maintenance of the general system structure, ensuring the correct functioning of the interface, middleware, and associated applications (SAP, Delmia, Alista).
• Collaborate in the maintenance of devices used for execution systems. This includes defining procurement requirements for new devices, as well as SIM/eSIM cards, device configuration, and their continuous management.

Regarding industrial data management:

• Implement maintenance plans and all related data updates in the SAP-Delmia system.
• Implement task lists and all related data updates in the SAP-Delmia system.
• Create, maintain, and manage the product structure (Bill of Materials) in the SAP system.
• Create and maintain equipment master data in the SAP system, ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
• Manage functional locations in the SAP system, ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
• Create and maintain calibrated tools in the SAP system, ensuring data accuracy and traceability. Drive process automation initiatives to improve system efficiency and data reliability.
• Prepare reports and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of the system and interfaces, as requested by the direct manager or the department.
• Maintain and update work procedures in accordance with approved changes

Performance Measurement:

• Accuracy of the Bill of Materials (BoM), material master data, and routings.
• Response time in incident resolution.
• OTD, QCD, PMC, reliability, availability, and project cost objectives.
• Local system KPIs and digital adoption KPIs.
