We are looking for a Stop Operations Manager in Barcelona to manage the preventive and corrective maintenance of tram stops. You will work alongside people who take responsibility, act with passion, and are truly committed, because they understand what is at stake: the journey back home.

What you'll do

  • Manage, supervise, and coordinate the corrective, preventive, and overhaul maintenance operations of the stop infrastructure in both networks (Trambaix / Trambesòs), which includes the different systems encompassed within the Stop (Ticketing, SAE, Passenger Information System, Communications, LV Energy, civil works,...).

  • Plan and prioritize maintenance work, coordinating human resources, materials, and operational windows to minimize impact on operations.

  • Perform follow-up with the client and act as the technical-operational interlocutor for all aspects related to the stops department.

  • Manage and develop the team in your charge.

  • Propose improvements in procedures, materials, and means to optimize the service.

  • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the stops area budget, controlling costs and deviations.
