Are you passionate about occupational health and safety? We are looking for an Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) Technician who will act as a liaison between the HR team and our Vic and Solsona plants.
Your mission will be to drive, coordinate, and implement the organization's prevention strategy, ensuring its correct implementation at the plant and promoting a solid safety culture at all levels.
You will work transversally with multidisciplinary teams, aligning prevention criteria with daily operations, to guarantee safe, healthy, and efficient working environments.
Coordination, execution, and monitoring of tasks specific to the application of the Group's Prevention Plan.
Assessment of Occupational Risks in the assigned centers.
Performance of industrial safety.
Training and Information regarding ORP.
Planning of preventive action and development of procedures in cases of emergency and first aid.
Collaboration with External Prevention Services (SPA)
Development and implementation of a program for risk control and reduction.
Updating of legislation regarding current safety.
Coordination of the Medical Check-up program.
Investigation, recording, and preparation of reports on accidents.
Management of health surveillance for the workforce.
Coordination of meetings with the Safety Committee.
Management, delivery, and replenishment of PPE
