Assistant Nurse

Provide nursing care, within their scope of competence, necessary for the optimal recovery of patients, minimizing sequelae and recovery times, in coordination with the rest of the healthcare professionals.

Activities will be carried out in accordance with the protocols, clinical guidelines, and patient safety and action criteria established at Mutua Navarra, ensuring efficiency and the fulfillment of healthcare objectives.

• Provide healthcare to patients by providing care and applying nursing techniques.

• Attend to initial visits and emergencies, performing triage, transport management, and referral to contracted centers when appropriate.

• Perform in-person and telephone follow-up of patients in scheduled activity, in collaboration with the medical team.

• Inform patients about results, care, therapeutic guidelines, and treatment habits.

• Administer medication and assist in procedures according to medical indication.

• Monitor vital signs and record clinical changes.

• Perform radiological studies according to medical criteria.

• Perform administrative tasks and records associated with healthcare activity.

• Ensure the correct availability and functioning of consultation materials and equipment.

• Collaborate in healthcare communication with companies, according to criteria and locations.

• Participate in any basic task of the healthcare service, both in Emergencies and scheduled activity.

• Work in a coordinated manner with the rest of the healthcare professionals, requesting support in cases of greater complexity.
