Do you want to be part of our team?

We are looking for a Machine Operator for the Production section to guarantee the packaging of the product at the established rate, ensuring that preparations are available at the right time and minimizing machine downtime, complying with the production planning and established quality specifications.

- You will be responsible for the packaging, labeling, and palletizing of products in the assigned section, in accordance with the manufacturing orders (MOs) and established procedures.

- You will organize and supervise the tasks of the production operators under your charge to achieve the established work rates and quality standards.

- You will guarantee that the machinery is operational, as well as the product to be packaged and the necessary auxiliary materials, coordinating with teams to ensure supply and format changes to avoid unnecessary downtime.

- You will perform the determined self-controls and truthfully complete the necessary records to detect incidents, identify affected products, and communicate any process deviations.

- You will supervise and carry out orders for ingredients and auxiliary materials, checking that they comply with quality specifications, organizing them in the designated spaces, and taking charge of the periodic inventory of the section.

- You will guarantee the proper use of machinery and infrastructure, carrying out preventive maintenance and defined actions in collaboration with the maintenance department.

- You will manage the corporate ERP to complete manufacturing orders (finished product entry, material deduction, closing MOs, self-controls, and registrations).

- You will ensure correct management of the labor system, both at an individual level and by the team under your charge.

- You will guarantee compliance with Food Safety and Quality protocols, as well as Occupational Health and Safety.

- You will execute the established cleaning and disinfection plan, filling in the indicated records and maintaining the order and cleanliness of the section.

- You will propose continuous improvement actions regarding quality, efficiency, and production.
