The role

We are looking for an Industrial Kitchen Operator to guarantee support to the Section Leader in the organization and supervision of the production section team's tasks, as well as in the operative tasks of finished product preparation, with the aim of complying with established planning, work rhythms, and quality specifications.

What you'll do

- You will support the Section Leader in the organization and supervision of the production operators' tasks to achieve work rhythms and quality standards.

- You will be responsible for the preparation of the section's products in accordance with the manufacturing orders (MOs) and established procedures.

- You will check the quality of raw materials and prepare the ingredients and necessary preliminary tasks for production.

- You will supervise and carry out orders for ingredients and auxiliary materials, organizing them in the designated spaces and taking charge of periodic inventory.

- You will perform the determined self-controls, completing the records to detect incidents, communicate any deviations, and identify affected products.

- You will keep the machinery operational, coordinating the supply of materials and format changes to avoid unnecessary downtime.

- You will guarantee the proper use of machinery and infrastructure, carrying out the preventive maintenance defined in collaboration with Maintenance.

- You will manage the corporate ERP, registering finished product entries, material deductions, self-controls, and registrations.

- You will ensure compliance with the manual labor system and Food Safety and Quality protocols, as well as Occupational Health and Safety.

- You will execute the cleaning and disinfection plan, maintaining the order and cleanliness of the section.

- You will propose continuous improvement actions in quality, efficiency, and production.

- You will assume team leadership in the absence of the Section Leader, guaranteeing the established planning, deadlines, and quality.
