What you'll do

We are looking for a student to join the UX/UI team and provide support in the conceptualization and production of visual assets and landing pages for CRM, Ecommerce, and Digital. The objective is to ensure a coherent, attractive, and conversion-oriented user experience, in accordance with the established style guide and design system.

You will design and adapt graphic pieces for paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, display, etc.) in the formats and sizes of each platform, according to the briefs received.
You will create and adjust banners and visual elements for the web and the app (home, categories, promotions, seasonal campaigns) and ensure their visual consistency and correct display on mobile and desktop devices.
You will prepare newsletters and CRM communications (email, push, in-app) following the defined templates and modules, taking into account best practices for readability and conversion.
You will support the UX/UI leader in the design of landing pages and in UX/UI tasks: wireframes, prototypes, component adaptations, and preparation of files for handoff to development.
You will contribute to the maintenance of the design system and the libraries of components, templates, and shared graphic resources, to ensure consistency and efficiency.
You will take on tasks that are considered necessary for the area to ensure its proper functioning, and you will participate in training and improvement actions that professionalize your work and that of the Group.

What do we expect from you?

That you are currently studying a Higher Level Vocational Training (CFGS) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Applications, or similar studies.
Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (intermediate level).
Catalan and Spanish (high).
Figma (components, auto layout, basic prototyping)
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Notions of UX/UI, responsive design, and usability.
We value: knowledge of formats for digital campaigns (paid media) and email. Basic notions of animation (After Effects), AI image tools, or HTML/CSS.
