Requirements

What we're looking for

- Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle in Electricity, Maintenance, or similar.

- Between 1 and 3 years performing similar functions in industrial or production environments.

- Training and knowledge in maintenance and automation, as well as notions of PLC programming, AUTOCAD, and design software.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level) and use of maintenance management software.

- Catalan and Spanish at a native or advanced level.

The role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of the factory machinery and facilities, with the objective of meeting production needs and ensuring established maintenance specifications.

What you'll do

- You will perform the assigned preventive and corrective maintenance tasks during your work shift to ensure the correct state of the equipment and facilities.

- You will execute the startup and daily adjustments of the machinery according to the production plans.

- You will execute the different assigned maintenance tasks: format changes, cleaning and tidying, machinery preparation, inspection and sorting of material, etc.

- You will coordinate with and assist suppliers and external technicians, following instructions received to facilitate the tasks to be performed.

- You will execute tasks related to new installations to ensure their correct adaptation.

- You will perform tidying and cleaning tasks in the workshop and with spare parts to ensure optimal organization and stock management.

- You will complete activity logs according to the work performed using the corporate application.

- You will propose improvement actions regarding the production environment and your scope of action.

- You will assume the necessary missions of the area to ensure its correct functioning and participate in training and continuous improvement actions.
