The role
From Ananda Gestión ETT Salamanca, we are looking for an administrative assistant for the logistics department of a company in the iron and steel sector located in Huerta (Salamanca).
What you'll do
Reception, registration, and filing of delivery notes and invoices.
Management and organization of administrative documentation.
Use of data display terminals (DDT).
Handling of computer programs, especially Microsoft Office.
Control of inventories and supplies.
Execution and management of invoicing tasks.
Support in other administrative tasks related to the logistics department.
How you'll work
- Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
- Schedule in rotating shifts: from 06:00 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00.
- Immediate start.
