The role
From our Fuenlabrada office, we are selecting a logistics administrative assistant for an important company located in Fuenlabrada, dedicated to the automotive sector.
What you'll do
The worker will carry out the following tasks:
- Management of delivery notes.
- Telephone customer service.
- Incident management.
- Order management.
- Management and updating of the agency list.
- Conducting inventories.
- Occasional order preparation using a PDA.
- Proficiency in the Office package, mainly Excel.
How you'll work
- Schedule from Monday to Thursday, 09:30h to 18:30h with 1 hour for lunch, and on Fridays, 08:30h to 17:30h with 1 hour for lunch.
