General Manager | Industrial

We are seeking a General Manager to lead the new phase of growth and sustainable consolidation in an industrial company specialized in LED bathroom lighting, with a strong presence in both the national and international markets.

Mission of the Role:

- The role will be responsible for ensuring excellence across three critical business pillars:
Order management
Project management
Claims and quality management

Oversee and optimize industrial and commercial processes.
Implement policies and best organizational practices.
Establish clear metrics and a culture of follow-through.
2️⃣ Management Control and Analysis
Define and monitor key KPIs (sales, orders, margins, deadlines, quality).
Implement reporting discipline and follow-up procedures.
Prioritize resources and ensure strategic focus.
3️⃣ Leadership and Culture
Lead teams while fostering autonomy with accountability.
Apply a demanding yet constructive leadership style.
Promote cross-departmental alignment.
Act as a reference for corporate values.
4️⃣ Continuous Improvement
Identify structural inefficiencies.
Streamline processes.
Implement operational improvement methodologies.
