Director of Operations in Bizkaia

We are collaborating with an innovative, growing industrial company specializing in the development and manufacturing of sustainable technological solutions for the nautical mobility sector.

We are looking for an Operations Director to join the Management Committee and lead the definition, implementation, and optimization of all operational areas of the organization.

What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for designing, structuring, and scaling the company's operations, leading areas such as Product Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Logistics, Safety, and Continuous Improvement.

You will play a key role in the industrialization of new products, the implementation of processes and management systems, cost optimization, and building an efficient organization ready for growth.

We are looking for professionals with:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience leading industrial operations in manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of product industrialization, production, quality, procurement, and supply chain.
- Experience implementing processes, procedures, and management systems (ERP, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, etc.).
- The ability to work autonomously and thrive in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
- Strategic vision combined with a strong execution focus.

It will be especially valued:
- Experience in sectors such as mobility, automotive, renewable energy, industrial machinery, capital goods, or technology projects.
- Technological, sustainability, and nautical knowledge.
- Participation in industrial scaling processes and operational transformation.
