Production Director

As Production Director, reporting to the Plant Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Leading high-volume teams, ensuring optimal coordination, a balanced distribution of workloads, and clear communication, responding agilely to production variations.
• Shift planning, efficient resource allocation, and management of multi-skilling to guarantee operational continuity on high-flow production lines.
• Direct supervision on the plant floor, with a focus on early detection of issues and reinforcement of good practices in quality, safety, and operational discipline.
• Cross-functional collaboration with the maintenance, quality, and engineering departments to sustain robust processes, even with large numbers of staff.

• University education (Bachelor's degree, Diploma) or Higher Vocational Training Cycle/Degree.
• Advanced level of English, spoken and written (essential).
• Minimum 4 years of prior experience in production departments within the automotive sector.
• Advanced user of Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, etc.) will be valued.
• Training in IATF and process management.
• Knowledge of occupational risk prevention, environment, change management, and emergency plans.
