Requirements

What we're looking for

Availability for rotating shifts. The start of the rotating shift will depend on the campaign sizing and conversion ratios.
Energy, proactivity, and a desire to learn.
Availability to begin training on October 26th and 27th.

Nice to have

Experience in telephone sales will be especially valued.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday (first 3 months always in the morning)

Morning: 10:00 to 15:00 (ALWAYS IN-PERSON)

Afternoon: 16:00 to 21:00 (ALWAYS REMOTE WORK)

Collective agreement salary for 25h per week: €970 gross/month + commissions
Initial 3-month contract (contract and extension) with a real option for a permanent contract.
Excellent working environment and real possibilities for growth.

The start date will be Wednesday, October 28th, with two days of training, Monday the 26th and Tuesday the 27th. The training will be paid once you successfully join the company's permanent staff.

We are looking for telephone sales representatives for an important insurance company in Villaviciosa de Odón!
