Management and revitalization of the company's social media, mainly Instagram and TikTok.
Creation, recording, and editing of audiovisual content: Reels, Stories, photographs, and videos.
Planning and publishing of content, maintaining a polished image consistent with the brand.
Management of digital advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
Creation and optimization of lead generation campaigns, audience segmentation, and retargeting.
Monitoring and analysis of results: leads generated, conversions, cost per lead, and campaign performance.
Application of positioning and SEO criteria on social media, especially Instagram.
Management and follow-up of leads generated through digital channels.
Preparation of offers, quotes, and documentation related to sales operations.
Coordination with the sales team to manage the necessary documentation until the closing of operations.
Administrative management and processing of vehicle financing operations.
Attention and resolution of customer inquiries and incidents.
