The role

The purpose of the Hospital Manager is to manage the hospital, ensuring the highest veterinary quality, exceptional customer service, a high level of team commitment, and maximum center productivity. The Hospital Manager is a highly visible, front-line leader responsible for managing the hospital's daily operational activities.

Main responsibilities:

What you'll do

As a member of the Management Committee, responsible for making the decisions required to ensure the optimal functioning of the unit.
Responsible for the operational management of the center
Responsible for meeting the established objectives and budgets.
Management of human and material resources.
Responsible for the center's Profit and Loss Account and cost control.
Liaison with suppliers for the center's procurement.
Training and motivation of the teams under their supervision.
Coordination of the various cross-functional projects within the company, whether veterinary, strategic, IT, financial, or marketing-related.
