• Training in Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering or similar.
• Previous experience in the described functions of at least 2 years.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, electricity, fire protection, and other aspects related to building maintenance.
• Previous experience in facility management, maintenance and infrastructure, preferably in multi-point locations and in the retail sector.
• Organizational capacity, results-orientation, and effective management of priorities.
• Ability to coordinate providers and technical projects autonomously.

We are currently looking for a person for the position of Facility Manager in the Expansion & Maintenance department for our Málaga offices.

You will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of the facilities, process improvement, and the coordination of maintenance projects. You will have a strategic role in the technical, operational, and budgetary management of our stores and veterinary clinics.

• Supervision and coordination of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance: HVAC, electricity, fire protection, locksmithing, pest control, etc.
• Set priorities and coordinate the resolution of incidents according to their impact on the operation.
• Monitoring and analysis of the improvement/repair needs of the various facilities in each of the premises.
• Provide technical support to the maintenance and building renovation processes.
• Perform periodic inspections in stores and offices to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety, and current regulations.
• Cost control: Supervision of repair costs associated with corrective maintenance requests, as well as the tendering of larger-scale works such as the installation of new equipment if required.
• Supervision and analysis of external providers, ensuring compliance with deadlines, specifications signed in the contract, and their efficiency.
• Management of corrective incidents through an internal CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Propose and implement improvements in processes, contracts, and operational efficiency.
