Professional College Manager

• Higher University Degree (Law, Economics, Business Administration, or Health Sciences, Veterinary).
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience performing Management or Executive Director positions, especially in team management, economic resources, projects, organization, process improvement, and relationship with governing bodies. It is valuable if this experience is in fields related to the veterinary profession, Professional Associations, Business Associations, Cooperatives, the Pharmaceutical Industry, or environments of high institutional representation.
• Core competencies:

o Marked orientation to results, autonomy, and ability to prioritize.

Our client is a public law corporation with a deep history and a fundamental role in the regulation and representation of the veterinary profession in the province.

Reporting directly to the Presidency and the Governing Council, the Manager will be the executive engine of the institution. They will work within the framework of governance, policies, and objectives established by the Governing Board, assuming ordinary management, the execution of strategy, and the achievement of agreed objectives.

The position will comprise, in an integrated manner, the professional executive direction and organization of the Association, including:

• Execution of the strategic plan and projects;
• Budgetary compliance;
• Quality and efficiency of services;
• Team development and motivation;
• Process improvement and digitalization;
• Member satisfaction;
• Quality of reports to the Board;
• Execution and monitoring of Board agreements and priorities;
• Economic-financial and administrative management (procurement, purchasing, supplier management, asset management, investments, and internal control processes);
• Project management and process improvement;
• Organizational and digital transformation;
• Coordination of regulatory obligations, with specialized support when appropriate;
• Advising governing bodies on management matters.
