What we're looking for
- Recent graduate with a strong eagerness to learn and grow in the automotive industry.
- Some hands-on experience in the automotive sector through internships, academic projects, or entry-level positions.
- Exposure to testing processes (virtual or physical) at vehicle component or module level, acquired through university projects or practical training.
- Good organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environments.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of major vehicle functionalities and attributes.
- Familiarity with sample or component management processes.
- Experience collaborating in diverse or international team settings, whether through academic group projects, internships, or multicultural environments.
Education & certifications
Education:
- Ms. Engineering degree.
Languages
Language skills:
- Excellent written and oral English. Other languages will be an asset.

The role
As Project Engineer and in collaboration with a team of IDIADA experts, you will support the Project Manager on development and validation projects:
- Test plan and test schedule update according project evolution
- Samples management and monitoring (samples planning, ensure the delivery of the samples to the different testing locations, ensure the return/scrap at the end of the activities)
- Follow up and report of the progression of the activities (KPI)
- Support on Risk analysis
