What we're looking for

University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of construction regulations and occupational health and safety in public works.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in project management tools (Presto) and AutoCAD or similar software.
Communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Results-oriented and focused on achieving objectives.
Driver's license.

Nice to have

Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in the rehabilitation and adaptation of public buildings.
Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in project management, building, or rehabilitation.
Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
Knowledge of BIM methodologies.

The role

Grupo Ortiz is looking for a Site Manager to join our team in the Community of Madrid. The ideal candidate will be a Technical Architect, Building Engineering Graduate, or similar, with experience in rehabilitation and adaptation of public buildings.

What you'll do

Planning, directing, and supervising rehabilitation, renovation, repair, and adaptation works on buildings.
Comprehensive management of projects and budgets.
Communication with clients (public bodies).
Coordination of work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Quality control, as well as occupational health and safety on site.
Ensuring compliance with project deadlines and objectives.
Resolving incidents and making technical and management decisions.
Ensuring compliance with current regulations and technical specifications.
