We are looking for a Compliance Technician. The main duties will be:

  • Third-party and M&A due diligence processes in compliance matters, which will include open-source analysis, interaction with the various requesting departments as well as with the Intelligence Department, information analysis, risk identification, proposal of mitigation plans, and report drafting.
  • Implementation of due diligence processes in the countries where Aqualia operates.
  • Interaction with Compliance officers in the various countries.
  • Providing training sessions and/or expert talks.
  • Participation in the implementation of risk identification tools in the various countries.
  • Collection, analysis, and development of documentation and information required for the annual integrated report.
  • Updating and maintenance of databases and records.

Requirements

Required qualifications: Law degree or Business Administration and Management (ADE) + Law degree, plus a postgraduate degree or master's in Compliance.

Required experience: experience in compliance areas will be valued, especially in third-party analysis or KYC processes.

Specific required skills: proficiency in Office tools.

Specific valued skills: open-source intelligence tools. Certification in Compliance (CESCOM, WCA, Cumplen, or similar).

Languages: English level C1 or higher. French and Italian will be valued.
