What you'll do

• Update, implement, and keep up to date the corporate compliance program (code of conduct, internal policies, and procedures).

• Supervise compliance with applicable telecommunications sector regulations (licenses, authorizations, obligations to national regulators, and international bodies).

• Guarantee compliance regarding data protection (GDPR and equivalent local regulations) in coordination with the DPO.

• Manage the corruption and bribery prevention program (anti-bribery & corruption), including due diligence (KYC) of third parties, agents, and intermediaries.

• Design and provide periodic compliance training to employees and executives.

• Perform risk assessments and internal compliance audits.

• Manage the internal whistleblowing channel and coordinate the corresponding internal investigations.

• Monitor regulatory changes in the jurisdictions where the company operates and evaluate their impact on the business.

• Report periodically to the Legal Department and, where appropriate, to the Audit Committee/Board regarding the status of the compliance program.

• Collaborate with the Legal, Finance, HR, and Processes areas to integrate compliance into internal processes.
