Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: University Degree (Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Food Science and Technology) or Higher Vocational Training in Quality / Graphic Arts.

Specific Training: Verifiable training in Quality, Environment, and/or Food Safety Management Systems.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in management system maintenance tasks (experience in the graphic, packaging, or food sectors is valued).

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Food Safety standards (BRCGS / IFS Packaging) and ISO Standards.

Tools: Proficiency in the Office suite (especially Excel) and a habit of working with document management tools.

What you'll do

Integrated System Maintenance: Document management, updating procedures, and record control for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC, BRC, and IFS.

Audits: Support in the preparation and execution of internal and external certification/customer audits.

Plant Control: Supervision of compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Food Hygiene and Safety requirements on the production lines.

Non-Conformities and Complaints: Registration, root cause analysis, and follow-up of corrective/preventive actions together with the area manager.

Suppliers and Raw Materials: Control of approvals, technical data sheets, and declarations of conformity for inks, substrates, and other supplies.

Environment: Control and monitoring of environmental indicators (ISO 14001) and the chain of custody (FSC).
