The role

At Marlex People, we are collaborating with a company specialized in plastic injection for companies in various sectors, which is looking for an Injection Technician for its workplace located in Vallès Occidental.

What you'll do

Planning of mold changes and machine startups according to production needs.
Ensuring product quality throughout the entire production process.
Management and monitoring of repairs and breakdowns, as well as communication and requesting interventions from the maintenance department.
Review and adjustment of process parameters and peripherals.
Recording and control of parameters during each shift.
Analysis and detection of deviations and their resolution.
Coordination and communication with coordinators for the correct organization of the plant and personnel.

What do we need from you?

Training in CFGM/CFGS in Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or similar.
Specific training in plastic injection is valued.
More than 5 years of experience as a Plastic Injection Technician in industrial and roboticized environments.
Ability to perform basic parameter adjustments (temperatures, pressures, times).
Skills in teamwork, communication, analytical capacity, and a proactive, responsible, and committed attitude.
