Procurement Process Technician

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Economics
• Advanced knowledge of purchasing processes and supply chain.
• Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP, Sage X3, Dynamics or similar).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis; Power BI is highly valued.
• Experience in process improvement (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, BPMN).
• Document management and approval workflows.

We are looking for a Purchasing Processes Technician to join our team to drive the efficiency, digitalization, and continuous improvement of Purchasing processes.

Your main objective will be to analyze, optimize, and digitalize Purchasing processes, ensuring they are efficient, homogeneous, traceable, and oriented toward continuous improvement.

You will work transversally with the Purchasing, IT, Data & Analytics, and other company areas, participating in projects that will have a direct impact on efficiency and decision-making.

• Analyze current purchasing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, document, and update procedures, instructions, and workflows.
• Drive process standardization to guarantee homogeneity and traceability.
• Lead or participate in optimization projects (Lean, automation, etc.).
• Configure and maintain purchasing tools (ERP, supplier portals, approval workflows, analytical tools).
• Analyze and detect the incorporation of new technologies and functionalities (RPA, AI, automatic alerts, dashboards).
• Coordinate with Databases, IT and/or DATA & Analytics and other areas to guarantee the proper integration of data and systems.
• Create and maintain dashboards (Power BI, ERP) to provide visibility to KPIs and trends.
• Perform periodic monitoring of costs, efficiency, deadlines, and process compliance.
• Provide reliable data to the Purchasing team to improve negotiations and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with defined processes and purchasing standards.
• Provide support in internal and external audits (ISO, quality, food safety).
• Manage master databases: suppliers, rates, commercial conditions, contracts, SKU.
• Operational support and training
• Provide technical support to the Purchasing team regarding incidents related to systems and processes.
• Train the internal team on new procedures, tools, or system changes.
• Act as a point of contact for improvements or incidents derived from digital processes.
