Industrial Project Engineer - Plastics Manufacturing

• You are the person we are looking for if: You have a background in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Automation Engineering, or similar. You bring at least 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. You have led projects for machinery improvement, process optimization, or the implementation of technical solutions on-site. Experience in plastic transformation processes and technologies such as extrusion, plastic injection, or blow molding is valued. You are familiar with industrial machinery, continuous production lines, winding systems, tension control, or material handling. You possess both mechanical and electrical/electronic knowledge applied to production environments. You have an English level that allows you to interact with international suppliers, manufacturers, and teams. You are a pragmatic, decisive, and execution-oriented person, capable of transforming improvement opportunities into successfully implemented projects.

• In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for: Leading improvement, modification, and integration projects for industrial machinery, accompanying the entire project cycle from the identification of the need to final implementation. Identifying incidents, recurring problems, and improvement opportunities in production lines and manufacturing equipment. Analyzing root causes and developing technical solutions that improve the productivity, quality, reliability, and safety of operations. Participating in projects related to plastic transformation technologies, especially extrusion and injection processes and systems associated with continuous production lines. Coordinating the installation, upgrading, and commissioning of new equipment and production systems. Working transversally with the Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to guarantee the success of projects. Acting as a technical reference on-site, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring an active presence in the production environment.
