• Lead the development and/or execution of national and regional market access strategic and operational plans for the AstraZeneca products under their responsibility together with the Core Value Team, providing valuable inputs to the global access strategy and the corresponding local strategy for the brands.

• Design and develop innovative value solutions (Innovation Value Solutions): analysis, integration, and interpretation of relevant data and insights regarding pathology, market, customers, payers, uncovered evidence gaps, and competitors, anticipating trends and future implications to implement customized solutions for accounts (with the objective of facilitating access to our products at the customer).

• Anticipate the needs of Stakeholders (internal and external) and distribute resources to be able to address any access barriers that may arise, translating them into customized value strategies based on their reality and needs, contributing to achieving access for each Stakeholder to the AstraZeneca product portfolio.

And, in case of deviations, work with the reference team with the objective of proposing corrective measures that ensure results.

• Evaluate and monitor the impact of access initiatives on clinical and economic outcomes for patients

• Based on their knowledge of the healthcare environment and key Stakeholders, build a solid network of experts and health professionals, with the purpose of including the external perspective in the market access strategy and the plans of the different brands and products, thereby achieving a competitive advantage.

• Maintain solid relationships with the main Stakeholders (Health Technology Assessment // regional and hospital pharmacists, institutions, etc.) in order to validate and incorporate the opinions of key payers/decision-makers into the access plans throughout the development and commercialization phases of the product.

• Mobilize national, regional, and hospital payers to accelerate disease awareness, and the correct positioning and differentiation of the products under their responsibility.
