• You will start the day reviewing priorities and validating open incidents with Community Managers and building teams to coordinate the internal maintenance team and assign the real urgency of each task.

• You will be on the ground at the facilities, moving between buildings, auditing the aesthetics of the spaces, and supervising express renovations, furniture assembly, or preparations for client offboarding.

• You will manage relationships with suppliers and insurance companies, negotiating and approving quick budgets, following up on SLAs, and processing insurance claims whenever an unforeseen event arises.

• You will keep the technical and regulatory aspects under control, keeping the asset inventory up to date, reviewing compliance with OHS regulations, and ensuring that key services like coffee machines or water fountains never fail.

• You will constantly look for ways to make spaces more efficient, designing on-site improvements, seeking new local suppliers, and leaving every new building impeccable and ready to be marketed.
