You are currently studying or have completed studies in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Project Management, Business Management, Tourism or related fields, with the option to sign an internship agreement.
You are passionate about dealing with people: You are an approachable, empathetic person and you enjoy welcoming and resolving doubts for our community of coworkers.
You have a problem solver spirit: Faced with an administrative unforeseen event or a small logistical chaos, you remain calm, seek creative solutions, and show initiative.
Organization is your superpower: You handle several tasks at once (email management, room bookings, delivery notes, basic invoicing) without losing sight of the details.
You adapt to the agility of the startup ecosystem: You are motivated to work in a changing, dynamic environment where no two days are exactly the same.
Eagerness to learn and contribute: You don't need to know everything from day one, but you do need to arrive with curiosity, positive energy, and a proactive attitude.

Nice to have

Fluent communication: You move with ease in both Spanish and English (oral and written); Catalan is a plus, to assist international members and tenants.

What you'll do

Participation in internal Operations projects: You will actively collaborate in the design, optimization, and implementation of new processes and internal department projects to improve the efficiency of the space.
Operational management of the space: You will supervise that the facilities (meeting rooms, common areas, rest areas) are in perfect condition and ready for use.
Administrative and logistical support: You will provide support to the operations team in the onboarding and offboarding of members, supply inventory control, and booking management.
Incident resolution: You will attend to the daily requests of coworkers through our internal support channels (maintenance, access doubts, basic connectivity).
Support for the community experience: You will work hand in hand with the Community Manager team in the logistics and preparation of internal events, afterworks, and activities to energize the space.
