- Experience as a lead in ventilation, HVAC, and fire protection (PCI) projects.
- Experience in railway works, tunnels, or large infrastructure.
- Experience in high-complexity installation projects.
- Ability to interpret projects and technical documentation.
- Experience in coordination with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Senior, autonomous, and proactive profile.
The role
Context
At SYSTRA Ardanuy, we are looking to hire a Facilities Engineer with extensive experience in ventilation, HVAC, and fire protection, especially in large infrastructure projects, railway works, or tunnels.
What you'll do
- Perform the technical monitoring of the execution of ventilation, HVAC, and fire protection installations.
- Supervise that the works are executed in accordance with the project and technical specifications.
- Review projects, plans, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Supervise the proposed solutions and their correct implementation on-site.
- Monitor the progress of the installations.
- Identify incidents and monitor their resolution.
- Coordinate the installations with the rest of the project disciplines.
- Participate in technical meetings with Site Management, contractors, and project teams.
- Review technical and quality documentation.
- Support the Site Management team in resolving technical issues.
- Participate in the monitoring of the installations until their correct completion.
