The role
- Ensure compliance with OHS regulations and coordinate prevention management across the different centers.
- Act as an internal reference in Health and Safety, providing cross-departmental advice to HR, managers and business units on prevention issues, workplace adaptations, medical restrictions, temporary disability and return-to-work processes, in coordination with mutual insurance companies, medical services, Legal and external providers.
- Manage complex prevention situations, including coordination with mutual insurance companies, medical services, the Labour Inspectorate and workplace adaptation processes.
- Manage general and specific risk assessments, in coordination with the External Prevention Service.
- Prepare, update and implement safe work procedures, preventive measures and emergency plans.
- Coordinate and follow up on corrective measures arising from audits, inspections or preventive assessments.
- Lead and coordinate prevention management in operational environments related to workshops, logistics and automotive, ensuring a practical approach adapted to the operational reality of the business.
- Act as a liaison and coordinate with external bodies, audits, the External Prevention Service and the Labour Inspectorate when necessary.
