OHS and Maintenance Technician

What do you need to succeed in this project?

• Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Occupational Risks, University degree or Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), with a specialty in Workplace Safety.
• Experience of at least 2–3 years in PRL in warehouses, stores, logistics or environments with machinery and load handling.
• Ability to work with autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Communication skills to raise awareness and train teams.
• Experience in facilities maintenance and supplier coordination.
• Availability for travel between centers.

• Permanent contract from day one.
• Solid project in an expanding company, with a long-term vision.
• Collaborative environment, with autonomy and real decision-making capacity.
• Schedule: M–Th 8:00–17:30; Friday 8:00–14:30; and in July and August, intensive working day from 8:00–14:30.

Your functions will include

• Identification and assessment of occupational risks.
• Planning and monitoring of preventive activities.
• Investigation of accidents and incidents.
• Coordination of business activities (CAE).
• Management and control of PPE.
• Training, information, and awareness in OHS.
• Technical advisory and preventive culture.
• Internal audits and preventive controls.
• Documentary reporting and collaboration with the SPA and HR.

• Occasional travel to other workplaces (mileage and per diems covered).
