Railway Safety Technical Staff

• Collaborates in the implementation and monitoring of the Railway Safety System.
• Ensures the implementation of the designed policies and processes, establishing indicators and objectives for the systems.
• Collaborates in the General Safety Plan and safety protocols and standards, ensuring their implementation and monitoring.
• Analyzes the indicators of their area of responsibility and proposes action plans.
• Collaborates in the coordination of business activities.
• Collaborates in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and casualties that occur and proposes corrective measures.
• Ensures the implementation of a safety culture, providing information and training to work teams.
• Collaborates in the processing and management of claims with insurers.

A- ACADEMIC: Completed university studies with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

B- SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE: risk management applied to operational safety in the field of safety.

C- REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Official accreditation of no less than 5 years in:

• Advanced level of office automation tools (word processing-WORD, spreadsheets-EXCEL, presentations), email.
• Experience in projects focused on process improvement.
• New technologies (knowledge of railway signaling programs, SCADA systems, GMAOS systems, or others related to the activity to be carried out will be positively valued).
• Self-Protection Plan. Emergency management.
• Quality Management Certificate in the Railway Sector (IRIS), based on the ISO 22163 standard.
• Knowledge of the CSM-RA regulation (402/2013).

D- LANGUAGES: English at an intermediate/advanced level of reading and writing (B2). Official accreditation of no less than 3 years.

PROVEN EXPERIENCE: Professional experience of at least 2 years in the field of safety, whether railway or public infrastructure.

A- ACADÉMICOS: Estudios universitarios finalizados de Grado en Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos.

B- EXPERIENCIA ESPECÍFICA: gestión de riesgos aplicados la seguridad operacional en el campo de la seguridad.

C- CONOCIMIENTOS NECESARIOS: Acreditación oficial no inferior a 5 años en:

• Nivel alto de herramientas ofimáticas (tratamiento de texto-WORD, hojas de cálculo-EXCEL, presentaciones), correo electrónico.
• Experiencia en proyectos con enfoque en mejora de procesos.
• Nuevas tecnologías (se valorará positivamente conocimientos en programas de señalización ferroviaria, sistemas de SCADA, sistemas de GMAOS u otros relacionados con la actividad a desarrollar).
• Plan de Autoprotección. Gestión de emergencias.
• Certificado Gestión de la Calidad en el Sector Ferroviario (IRIS), basado en la norma ISO 22163.
• Conocimiento de la normativa CSM-RA (402/2013).

D- IDIOMAS: inglés nivel medio/alto de lectura y escritura (B2). Acreditación oficial de antigüedad no inferior a 3 años.

EXPERIENCIA ACREDITADA: Experiencia profesional de al menos 2 años en el ámbito de la seguridad, bien ferroviaria o de infraestructuras públicas.
