Requirements
What we're looking for
- Strong interest in aviation safety and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Flight Data Monitoring principles and practices.
- Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems/databases.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of EASA regulations and standards, including Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145, Air Crew, and associated procedures.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in aviation safety, including internships or traineeships, preferably within an airline or aviation operator environment.
- Familiarity with EASA regulatory frameworks and aviation safety requirements.
- Experience working with safety reporting systems and performance monitoring tools will be considered an advantage.

We are looking for a Safety Officer to join our Safety Team in Alicante, Spain. This role plays a key part in supporting the effective management of the Safety Management System (SMS) and fostering a strong culture of safety across our operations.
What you'll do
Reporting to the Safety Manager, you will support the management of the Safety Management System, contributing to safety reporting, data collection and analysis, risk assessments, safety performance monitoring, and safety promotion activities. Your role will help ensure compliance with company procedures, aviation regulations, and industry best practices.
- Support the Safety Manager in the management and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS).
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage safety reports using company tools and databases, ensuring information is accurately recorded and maintained.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret safety-related data to support informed decision-making.
- Prepare graphs, dashboards, and summary reports on safety performance.
- Define, monitor, and update Safety Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and deliver periodic safety reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Support risk assessment activities and maintain associated records and documentation.
- Monitor mitigation actions and follow-up activities to ensure effective risk management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety processes and methodologies.
- Promote safety awareness throughout the organisation.
- Develop and distribute safety communications, bulletins, and awareness materials.
- Support initiatives that strengthen a proactive and positive safety culture.
- Contribute to the management of Flight Data Monitoring processes.
- Assist with the preparation, analysis, and distribution of FDM reports.
- Support the identification of trends and opportunities for safety improvement.
