What we're looking for

Minimum one year experience in customer service & sales.
Native-level Norwegian and/or Swedish and intermediate English proficiency.
Familiarity with Windows-based technology and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Strong oral and written communication skills in a B2B environment.

Nice to have

Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce would be desired.
A collaborative mindset with a drive to be the best together!

Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction? Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. If you're ready to take on new challenges, contribute to a positive work environment, and make an impact, we want you on our team.

What you'll do

Take charge of a small and medium business portfolio, working to develop revenue and achieve agreed business objectives. Account management, maintenance and updating of master data in Salesforce.
Identify and qualify new business and existing customer sales opportunities through proactive strategies (no cold calling).
Provide regular feedback to team leaders ensuring a seamless flow of information.

How you'll work

Hybrid model
Full-time permanent contract (39 hours a week, Monday to Friday).
Excellent and multicultural environment at the Barcelona World Trade Centre.
