Global Treasury Analyst

The position is located in the heart of Corporate Finance at the holding level and in support to the business functions in the delivery of the business strategy while ensuring financial compliance for local entities. What you will be doing: The Global Treasury Analyst monitors and ensures the efficiency of treasury processes within the group, works and leads projects to optimize and secure Group liquidity, cash reports & forecasts, financing operations, banking relationship and FX risks monitoring. Your scope will cover approximately 40 entities worldwide (Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Africa), around 400 global bank accounts, about 10 outstanding loans to monitor, and about 5 new financing transactions to manage annually. The role involves a global cash position of approximately €450 million, an annual global foreign exchange impact of +/- €10 million, and consolidated investments of around €500 million. As Global Treasury Analyst, the incumbent will monitor and ensure the efficiency of treasury processes within the Group, notably: Reporting Monthly cash position, Cash forecast, FX exposure Manage projects to optimize cash management Optimization of Group FX exposure monitoring Ensure the liquidity needs are covered within the Group and manage cash remittance from subsidiaries Manage the banking relationship (negotiation of banking contracts, bank accounts management, POA, banking services...) Harmonization and reinforcement of security process related to treasury activities within the Group: local cash management, FX management, banking relationship management... Monitoring Group financing operations (loans/capital increase) Besides these main responsibilities, the incumbent will also support the other activities of the Corporate Finance teams such as: management of financial portfolios and financial results management of financial due diligence to control the financial health of future partners capital management, mainly related to the Solvency 2 requirement of Insurance companies What you'll bring: Project management experience In-depth understanding of financial and business dynamics of the insurance industry Actuarial ability to understand and communicate risk management calculations Knowledge of finance market and the various options in terms of investments Analytical / Strong in numbers Business partnering mindset and strong team spirit High level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation Autonomy & decision-making mindset Clear communication to high level of management Strong Communication skills in both French and English To apply, click on the 'apply for this job' button, you'll then need to log in or create a profile to submit your CV.
