Keep information up to date in all medical management systems (SAP, Filenet, ChipCard, Medic Expert), ensuring that the medical directory and its documentation are current and complete. Collaborate transversally with Health Planning, Expense Control, and Distribution teams to align processes and accelerate management tasks that impact the business. PROFILE Training: Vocational Training in Administration or a Degree in Business Administration (ADE) Experience: Experience in insurance management or customer service will be valued. Colaborar transversalmente con equipos de Planificación Sanitaria, Control del Gasto y Distribución para alinear procesos y acelerar gestiones que impacten en el negocio.
