Java Software Engineer

MISSION Ensure the delivery of all projects related to the underwriting and renewal of policies across AXA's various insurance lines, from the creation of new products and pricing to policy issuance. Define and collaborate on the implementation of product evolution following the established roadmap, integrating innovative technologies, especially AI, to improve development productivity and optimize runtime processes. MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in the technical and functional analysis of business requirements, understanding the needs of the different insurance lines. Develop robust, scalable solutions aligned with the SISnet architecture, maintaining and evolving the insurance core modules (Issuance, Management). Perform unit testing, code reviews, and support the deployment of developed solutions. Document all developments and integrations clearly, facilitating their maintenance and future evolutions. Propose technical improvements and optimizations of existing processes, seeking efficiency and quality. Collaborate on preventive and corrective maintenance tasks of the systems, guaranteeing their availability. Manage API integrations, batch processes, and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, OpenShift), ensuring interoperability. Participate in AI and GenAI projects to boost innovative solutions in the insurance core. PROFILE Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar. Experience: Minimum 5 years in Java development, with experience in insurance sector projects. Technical knowledge: Microservices architectures. Java with Spring and Spring Boot. REST JSON services. Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB). GenAI tools. APIs, interfaces, and batch processes. Cloud: Azure, AWS, OpenShift. Functional knowledge in lines: Motor, Health, Business, and Life. Valuable: SISnet, other languages (NodeJS, .NET, Python), middleware (AMQ, Kafka). Languages: Intermediate-high English. MISIÓN Asegurar el delivery de todos los proyectos relacionados con la contratación y renovación de pólizas en los distintos ramos aseguradores de AXA, desde la creación de nuevos productos y tarificaciones hasta la emisión de pólizas. Definir y colaborar en la implementación de la evolución del producto siguiendo el roadmap establecido, integrando tecnologías innovadoras, especialmente IA, para mejorar la productividad en desarrollo y optimizar los procesos en tiempo de ejecución. PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES / RESPONSABILIDADES Participar en el análisis técnico y funcional de los requerimientos del negocio, comprendiendo las necesidades de los diferentes ramos aseguradores. Desarrollar soluciones robustas, escalables y alineadas con la arquitectura SISnet, manteniendo y evolucionando los módulos del core de seguros (Emisión, Gestión). Realizar pruebas unitarias, revisiones de código y apoyar en los despliegues de las soluciones desarrolladas. Documentar de forma clara todos los desarrollos e integraciones, facilitando su mantenimiento y evoluciones futuras. Proponer mejoras técnicas y optimizaciones de procesos existentes, buscando eficiencia y calidad. Colaborar en tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los sistemas, garantizando su disponibilidad. Gestionar integraciones de APIs, procesos batch y soluciones en cloud (Azure, AWS, OpenShift), asegurando interoperabilidad. Participar en proyectos de IA y GenAI para potenciar soluciones innovadoras en el core asegurador. PERFIL Formación: Ingeniería en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar. Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en desarrollo Java, con experiencia en proyectos del sector asegurador. Conocimientos técnicos: Arquitecturas de microservicios. Java con Spring y Spring Boot. Servicios REST JSON. Bases de datos relacionales (Oracle, PostgreSQL) y no relacionales (MongoDB). Herramientas GenAI. APIs, interfaces y procesos batch. Cloud: Azure, AWS, OpenShift. Conocimiento funcional en ramos: Motor, Salud, Empresas y Vida. Valorable: SISnet, otros lenguajes (NodeJS,.NET, Python), middleware (AMQ, Kafka). Idiomas: Inglés intermedio-alto.
