Negratín is looking for a Civil Site Manager to join our Energy and Installations team, leading the construction of large-scale photovoltaic plants.
To guarantee the correct execution of the civil area of the photovoltaic project under construction, through the efficient planning, organization, control, and coordination of activities, resources, equipment, and information, in order to meet execution times, technical specifications, and established budgets, generating an efficient and reliable execution of the project for its stakeholders.
What you'll do
Supervise and coordinate civil activities on site
Management of the planning of personnel and resources necessary for the proper execution of the project and particularly of the civil area
Provide technical solutions, optimizations, and improvements for the civil area
Report project progress and detected deviations.
Relationship with subcontractors
Carrying out lessons learned and knowledge management.
Negotiation of contractual conditions with suppliers and contractors
Supervise and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental protection measures in the civil activities of the project.
