Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical training in Occupational Risk Prevention (safety, hygiene, ergonomics, and psychosocial factors RD 39/97).
Experience in HSE in industrial environments, automotive, packaging, metal... in an end-user company or an external prevention service.
Languages: English B2
Leadership, communication, and influencing skills. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work in dynamic environments.

The role

Multinational automotive company seeks an HSE Manager for its Sabadell plant, reporting to Corporate and Plant Management. Up for the challenge?

What you'll do

Manage and develop the Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001).
Conduct risk assessments for positions and machinery, and implement prevention plans.
Coordinate with the External Prevention Service and the Internal Prevention Service.
Keep the Emergency Plan updated and organize drills.
Daily verification of compliance with safety standards (PPE, ergonomics, contractors).
Lead awareness activities and HSE committees.
Analyze accidents and incidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with the Environment (ISO 14001) and Quality areas on audits and procedures.
Prepare and manage internal and external audits related to H&S.
