• University Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Intermediate level of English.

At B. Braun Medical, S.A.U., we are looking to hire a Junior Product Coordination Technician for our Product Coordination Department at our headquarters in Rubí, reporting to the Pharma Product Coordination Manager.

The functions to be performed will have an impact on the production plants of B. Braun Medical (Rubí and Jaén), NutriService (Rubí and Alcobendas) and Farma LATAM (applicable mainly to printed material design, global data in SAP and solution number management).

• Design and management of printed material (labels, leaflets, boxes, etc.): creation, maintenance, and decommissioning of documentation in the B.DoCS database.
• Requesting the registration, maintenance, and decommissioning of coding for raw materials, materials, printed materials, and semi-finished products.
• Registration and maintenance of finished product data in systems.
• Opening, maintenance, and cancellation of Bills of Materials (BOM) for finished and semi-finished products.
• Management of product boxes and cases: control of drawings and palletizing schemes.
• Control of the destruction of obsolete printed materials.
• Management and maintenance of material drawings.
• Creation and modification of material specifications for the Rubí plant and CAPS.
• Design, approval, and archiving of "artworks" for printed materials used in the LATAM manufacturing plants.
• Collaboration in Change Control processes.
• Participation in the feasibility evaluation of new products.
• Collaboration in the management, control, and compliance of Track & Trace requirements at the Rubí, Jaén, and Rubí Print Center plants.
• Participation in corporate, new product, and process improvement projects.
• Ensuring one's own safety and that of other persons affected by professional activity.
• Comply with and promote the center's occupational risk prevention, environmental, and safety standards, reporting any detected anomaly or deficiency and actively contributing to continuous improvement in these areas.
